Pricing and Order Acceptance

The House of Quilts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice. We may request additional information such as contact details, delivery address, or identity verification before confirming an order.

For payments made via credit or debit card, we reserve the right to request further verification of identity, billing details, shipping address, and payment authorization. Failure to provide accurate or sufficient information may result in immediate order cancellation.

In cases of suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity, including misuse of payment methods, The House of Quilts has the right to cancel the transaction immediately.

While we strive to ensure all product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or listing error is identified, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse the order even after payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Account Termination

The House of Quilts reserves the right to terminate access to the website, revoke account credentials, and cancel any agreements or user rights without prior notice.

Upon termination, access to the website will be blocked and all account data, including login credentials, will be deactivated. Termination does not affect any prior obligations related to confirmed payments or completed orders.

Sales and Discounts

Promotional offers, sales, and discounts are valid only on selected items and for limited stock. Once the promotional stock is sold out, the discount will no longer apply, even if the product is restocked.

Discounts are not guaranteed to be extended to future batches of the same product.

Change of Mind & Size Confirmation Policy

All orders placed on The House of Quilts are considered final once confirmed.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product sizes, dimensions, and descriptions before placing an order. Bedding products may have minor size variations due to the quilting and manufacturing process.

If you are unsure about size, fit, or product details, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order. Orders placed without prior confirmation will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange based on size or preference issues.

Product Variations (Color & Size Disclaimer)

Due to the handcrafted and manufacturing nature of our bedding products:

  • Slight color variations may occur between the actual product and images displayed on the website.

  • Size differences of 3–4 inches may occur due to quilting and manufacturing processes.

These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return or refund.
