While we strive to ensure you love every purchase, we understand that certain situations may require a return or refund. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged due to manufacturing or packaging issues, such as faulty stitching or broken filling.

In such cases, the customer will be required to send the product back to our provided return address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a partial or full refund or exchange will be processed, depending on the condition of the product.

Important Notice

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted for products damaged after delivery due to incorrect usage.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • Defective or Incorrect Size: You received a faulty item or an incorrect size.

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear manufacturing flaw.

  • Misprint: The item contains printing or design errors.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer Damage: Damage caused by improper handling or use.

  • Customized Orders: Products that are custom-made or personalized.

Color Change Requests

If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, a service charge of PKR 400 will apply. This charge must be covered by the customer.
